This means Reflexio remains a non-profit association for at least 99 years, attached to the parent company sorgercorp, according to the 1901 law concerning the creation and liberty of associations in French law.
Two things, however, will involve money here.
First, your data — we aim to collect none, excluding the particular case where you want to sell it to us. This means that in your account (chest), you will have the option to sell us your data. We pay you for it — if you want. This is a well-covered framework under European law [Regulation (EU) 2022/868 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2022 on European data governance — Data Governance Act]. Only with European companies that hold a social and environmental certification.
As sorgercorp is a French organisation, created in BRETAGNE, all rules that apply to said organisation are European and French. We don't treat with other governments, and are not to abide by any other regulation than the aforementioned ones.
Secondly, there will be an incorporated AI running through Anthropic's Claude, called Barakassis. Reflexio's data stays under European and French jurisdiction only — no other government can collect it. We also thank Anthropic for co-authoring this website. This AI will be charged 0.99 euros a year — and then, if need be, a month — to cover our fees. You don't have to use it — it just is a statistical AI.
